Beginners should consider starting with an “Intro to Aerial” class, Aerial Yoga, Low fFy, or Aerial Restorative.

Worried about pain? Starting aerial can be quite intense at first. These new sensations may trigger pain signals as your body adjusts. But fear not, it’s just your body’s way of looking out for you.
